ResolveSpec<P> = Partial<Record<keyof P | keyof PropellerInfra, ResolveSpecEntry>>

Per-prop resolution spec: maps each prop key to its ResolveSpecEntry.

Infra keys are spec'able too, so a component can pull a provider value it only reads internally without having to publish it as its own prop.
